Enjoy building community with your colleagues who were in your Doctor Development Program. Now that you have transitioned from DDP to the RAMP program, we want to reflect on all that you have learned since you started and to discuss other topics such as how fear impacts decision making on a daily basis. Orthodontics

In this breakout session you will learn how our board-certified orthodontist helps you with case selection and setup in a next-level fashion. We will outline how you submit cases to our white-glove service that not only builds your confidence but deepens your skill set. We will also cover how you can use some of our new tools that help with financing and case presentation.

Individual Growth Engine (IGE)

Please join us to not only build community amongst us as partners but to get to know how we invest in our doctors' growth through the Individual Growth Engine Program. In this session we will talk about the methodology and how it embraces your practice nuance to enhance the systems you use every day. You will then get some time with IGE alumni to hear from those that the IGE team has supported.

Full-Arch

Please join us in Nashville as we build our All on X community. This breakout is for those that are currently in the program and for those that aspire to do All on X cases. During this breakout we will have you take an assessment as well as learn how to get you and your team ready for the world of doing Full Arch Implant retained dentistry.

Perio Mastermind

Two days of interactive, roundtable-driven learning for SGA's periodontal specialists — Friday focused on practice growth and leadership, Saturday on comprehensive treatment planning and referral development. Attendees leave with a practical growth framework, sharper tools for presenting complex care, and an action plan for their practice.
